I am very pleased with the kitchen renovation done by a contractor Andrew from AGM Renovations. The quality of materials used and workmanship is of highest quality that shows the years of experience by Andrew and his team. We are finally able to spend quality family time in the kitchen area!

**EDIT** A manager from AGM called me today apologizing for the disconnect in my zoom appointment with them. As it turns out, the email they sent me went to my spam folder. A new appointment was set. Plenty of great reviews here, so I’m hoping all works out. The fact that someone contacted me after my initial review says they care about customer service. **Original response>> I made an appointment for an initial consultation for a bathroom renovation. I was asked to email pictures of the bathroom and a Facetime or Zoom meeting was scheduled. I emailed pictures. A couple of days before the scheduled meeting, I received a phone call that they had to re-schedule due to an emergency. We arranged a new date and time. I never received a phone call or Zoom meeting link. If they can’t keep an appointment over facetime or Zoom, what does that tell me about showing up to do the work? No one ever contacted me again. AGM’s TV commercial tells us about hiring the wrong contractors that do poor work and create delays and nightmares. I can’t even make it to step one with AGM Renovations. Now that sounds typical of the contractors they warn us about on their TV commercial.
