Was good experience dealing with Moman Construction during our fully remodel Restaurant in Chicago, from the designing/build out/electrical/plumbing/mechanical/flooring/drywall/painting job was amazing. The process was before timeline on agreement. I had learned a lot from them through our project.

Did a fantastic job thank you for your service. He charged what he said he would charge without any extras and made sure we were happy with the results. I would use his services again.

He installs material that is defected and claims that this is normal practice instead of him returning any defective material to retailer. He does not check purchased material (that he purchased) for defects and install it as is (despite his ability to get undamaged replacement from retailer). My house smelled Marijuana every time I went to check on my project progress. He does not admit any mistake and over charge for his labor despite that he is not available to supervise his crew. He signs off on work as complete without checking the work. When he promise to repair what he initially should not have missed, he does not show up on time and does not acknowledge the repair completely. It is very painful process to get him to do his job.

If you sell this man any material make sure he pays up front. Made a special delivery on a Saturday to him and now he has stiffed us for payment,
