On a 5 point scale I would rate them 10 STARS!! Tim and his team are the best in the business. They are extremely talented, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional results! It was clear from our first meeting with Tim through our entire kitchen remodel that We had made a great decision hiring T.J. Stark Enterprises. Tim treats you like a neighbor, is personally on sight daily leading his team and will not have anyone working for him that he would not trust working in his own home. We are extremely pleased with the work that T.J. Stark completed in our home and will welcome him back in a heartbeat the next time we need additional work completed.

After requesting a call from this guy’s to get a quote got call from Johnathan, he was very arrogant and super limited in his views. He made judgment of my financial capabilities after 2 sentences and told me that I’m too cheap… i believe he have too much clients. Strongly advise to bring you money to different business’s this one is too tired. Re: No you did not. I asked you the approximate price you still insisted that you can not help me and you are very expensive to hire, after that you hang up…

When we chose to build a custom home vs retail market purchase, we started our search for a builder. the first builder we found, just didn’t give us a good feeling, so, we kept looking. we found Lighthouse, and called, Kristen, the owner picked up the phone first call. She invited us to meet in person and come out and see some of her current builds in the area, and also one that was just finished awaiting client move in. so we saw various stages of her builds. After that day we knew this was who we were going to use. the homes were beautiful and what we were looking for. Kristen and her team were very good at explaining everything, the process, and helped us most importantly take our vision of our home and put pen to paper to make it happen and come to life. Ill always remember that first drawing rendering of what our home would look like. We also used their referred lender, I should add we are both real estate/lending professionals of 12+ years, so we have seen a lot lenders, homes, etc. we’ve seem it all over the years. we started digging the ground today actually,( a year ago 2022) which prompted me to write this review, and we moved into our home sept 1 2023 so it was approximately 10 months start to finish. the tradesman lighthouse uses are true craftsmen, impeccable quality and artistry. highly professional from the framers, drywallers, electricians, plumbers, and everything in between. Kristen was very good at giving us insight, and feedback, and guiding us through the process of design, or lighting, etc. Always would take our calls, email us/text us back promptly. very important to us, communication. The vendors LH uses are also professional, high end, quality vendors, it was fun going to their showrooms and picking cabinets, appliances, fixtures, etc. In real estate, there are small changes, or delays, etc, its to be expected, but to go through this process with no major issues or problems, is very impressive. I could write for on and on and on, but to put it short, if you are seeking a TRUE CUSTOMER builder, and want your dream home built exactly who you want it and envision. call them, and look no further. One thing we wanted was a secret room and a loft witih ladder for our kids room, and they made it happen, its soo cool! I’m sure you will have the same experience we have. Ill be adding photos to this review.

We decided to redo our kitchen to light up and freshen the 35 yo look. Rather than totally remodel we considered resurfacing our cabinets. My wife lined up 3 quotes of companies that used a thin plastic covered laminate. I really wasn’t impressed or happy with the products or the business model of the most popular brand. I looked for someone who used real wood and fortunately found Kitchen Craftsman. After reading the positive reviews and seeing that it was a local business I set up an appointment for a quote. Right from the start we really were impressed with Jim. He explained in detail how he works and showed us samples of his work. He gave us a quote that seemed more in line with how he refaced the cabinets vs using a laminate. The choice to use him was easy , the choice for the wood, stain and design of the doors/ drawer front was not. Jim’s input was immeasurable and helped to make choices for the remainder of the project. As a retired surgeon I was impressed with his planning, preparation, organization, vision and skills. He truly is a Craftsman. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommended Jim Pace- besides being talented he is truly a nice person.

When I got a call from our downstairs neighbor about a leak one afternoon, I was prepared for a long and stressful process of repairs and remodeling. Antonio and his team made what would normally be a very difficult process simple, easy, and above all quality. They took the time to walk me through what they would be doing. They showed me what had been done improperly and what they would do to fix the issue. Throughout the process they communicated often to let me know what their progress was, and when they felt they would be finished. Their tile specialist paid extra attention to detail and made sure that the final product would look great, and function properly. He even took the time to share why he did things a they was he did to better educate me as a home owner.
