I could not be more grateful for Anthony here, While I have not hired him to build anything for me. I have reached out to him for some help. And not only did this man graciously help me and give me support. He gave me recommendations, Guidance, looked stuff up for me, Verified records and registrations for me. Gave me an insight into some of the more unknown things and legality and policies and stuff in the industry and overall just was here to help. and talked to me. I would highly recommend you reach out to Anthony. Regardless of if its for work you need done. Or just to get to know him and chat, or it be for help and guidance. He is an asset for sure! I had a client / friend that hired a contractor and they never completed the job. 2 years for a new build and they really were taken advantage of. I went to the 208 contractors page on Facebook and connected with Anthony James from Sunshine Design & Build LLC. He was great at responding and listening to what happened and took the time to go out to the clients home to and meet with them. He did a walk through and addressed what was done and what needs to be done. I appreciate the fact that he showed up and is honest. I have not used him for my projects yet… but I will be having one come up and will 100% be having him do the project.

I’ve only known Anthony a short time but in the short amount of time I’ve had with him he has shared a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience with me as an individual.
