The people there are so friendly and they make buiIding your home an experience that lasts a life time. I was really impressed with their construction crews. From the foundation to the finish crews, they showed me that quantity will never top quality!

Small bathroom renovations (total added area 230 SF) took over a year to complete. Considering the cost at over $600/SF, you’d expect professionalism and responsiveness to be better. Project was plagued by delays and errors, particularly long lead items. Mitigative and preventative measures to avoid delays were not apparent. Workers inconsistently worked on this project, apparently because of conflicting work requirements on other projects. They seemed overly busy. Record of work was regularly filed with them, and detailed summary of issues was submitted. No formal response has been received. Check out Yelp reviews also. Have heard that a Consumer Protection RICO complaint has been filed.

If you’re looking to renovate, or build from the ground up, this is the place. Wealth of knowledge in this establishment, and people who really pay attention to your wants , and needs. I would ask for, Nathan. Love my new place. Many memories to make. Thanks Atlas Construction.

We are in the final stages of our project w Atlas Construction. From the start the team at Atlas has proven to be honest and trustworthy every step of the way. Nathan was our first contact at Atlas and helped us every step of the way! He has always been very professional, patient, punctual and detail oriented – which is what we were looking for. The team has been outstanding! Saul, Matt, Clayton and the rest of the crew are the A team! The quality of work and care these guys have put into the project far surpassed our expectations. We couldn’t be happier we chose Atlas! Can’t say enough about the level of craftsmanship and pride these guys take in their work! Hard to find these days!

Nathan Park was my advisor for my home renovation project in 2015. He was honest, patient and trustworthy throughout the whole planning and designing stages. I could call him at any time with questions and he would respond within minutes every single time. Even to this day (Feb. 2020), we touch base occasionally. If I need any help with finding repair people or advise on anything related to construction, he takes the time to refer me to good people or advise me on what I should do. I was very surprised to see the negative review and hope people are not influenced by one person’s opinion. I am glad I went with Atlas Construction and would do so again if I need any major repairs.

Iʻm not sure why “AT” posted such a negative review. My house is currently being built by Atlas and Nathan was my initial project coordinator. He was always courteous, gave recommendations and tried to assist whenever he could. There was never any deception, hard sell or pressure from Nathan to go with Atlas in any way. I know there are builders out there that promise fast and cheaper homes, but I did not want to have problems down the line. I chose Atlas because I believed they would give me a quality home that would last.

We had a bad experience with Nathan Park. He proved himself to be a liar and does not keep his word. Do not deal with this person, he will try to get away with anything.

When we decided to add an extension on our existing home we had to choose a contractor to help us from start to finish. Atlas was a clear choice for us as they were very professional and extremely detailed. Mika was extremely knowledgeable and always courteous when any changes were made. From the blueprints to the final coat of paint, everything came out beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Atlas Construction for any new build or renovation.
