We recently moved into a Loren Construction home and they are a first class operation! This was our 6th new construction home in 20 years. Andrew and Lauren made the process as easy as possible. We worked mainly with Andrew, and with him being very thorough and detail oriented, nothing got missed from prior to closing or handling any punch list items post closing. The Loren team will genuinely wants you to be happy in your new home and they should be acknowledged accordingly!

It has been a delight to work with Loren Homes! They built our home beautifully, but what we value the most is their superb customer service. Drew gave us all the information we needed to take good care of our new home, and then some. Whenever we have questions, he responds promptly and deals with situations that have come up professionally. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build/purchase a home.

Members of my family recently purchased a home from Loren Homes. The design process was great and the home is gorgeous! Do not buy from this builder. Poor quality and they build these homes too quickly. Not worth it at all!!

The owner is very rude. Please do not purchase from this builder. I was called a derogatory name. You are better off purchasing from Fischer, DR Horton, etc. This is a mom and pop shop.

Loren Construction built a home for us in Winding Manor. Dallas, Georgia, an active 55 community. From start to finish it was a comfortable and rewarding experience. We are a retired Navy family and have lived in 24 homes. As a result we knew exactly what we wanted. Loren listened and they made it happen. The home is wonderful. The people we dealt with during construction have become friends! They have been very responsive with after care, as well. We have referred numerous people to Loren Construction and they also sing their praised.

Thank you Loren Construction for building our forever dream home!! We feel blessed and very fortunate to have a home built by the very capable and professional team at Loren Construction. Our entire building process was flawless. Andrew Carruth sets the bar high for professionalism and customer service. Our builder, Jesse was detail oriented and always quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had pertaining to our home and lot. That level of professionalism has followed through the very few warranty requests we have had. The design experience with Lauren was a great experience. Her guidance and eagerness to assist us was appreciated. Thanks to Lauren we have a well designed interior that we will enjoy for many years. When you have a successful building experience it starts at the top. The top is Mark Carruth. He has lead his team to the top by consistently delivering a well designed product with timely customer service.
