Horrible company who has no compassion or caring for their employees. Employees have died on premise and there is a total lack of caring, compassion, or accountability- just hush hush to protect themselves. Their foreman “John Swartz” loves to brag that he’s going to become a millionaire….meanwhile his direct reports die on the job. Disgusting excuse for a company.

Great Place to work as long as it is not in Grading….super in that dept is some piece of work. Company has a stand out safety practice that made me a better operator in 3 weeks but forget about the CIVIS Program of feedback and everything the Safety Department tells you about your right to stop work. There is a strong and prevalent culture in construction practice that isolates upper management from the field Went through a day of orientation with safety yesterday and had something to say…….fired when I showed up today should have known better

There’s more behind the scenes of this place than what is shown. The reason they’re so “safety oriented” is because if you get hurt on the job you will absolutely not be taken care of and you might as well start looking for a new place to work because your career here will be over wether it was your fault/preventable or not. Superintendents and Engineers have no idea how to do their jobs. Jobs are poorly bid and planned. Benefits aren’t very good either if your planning a long term career in concstruction. If you’re applying to this job, I would suggest to make it one to help you get on your feet or get a bit of experience. This is not somewhere you want to be long term. Take your hard work and knowledge elsewhere.
