In 2019 Steve replaced carpet on the 2nd and 3rd stories of my townhouse with the hardwood floors. 5 years later these floors still look like brand new. So when I decided to do another renovation, I reached out to Steve. They replaced the hardwood floor in my living room, laid out tile in the kitchen. Re-novated master bathroom, new tiles around the batch, completely redesigned shower, etc…Plus they managed to complete a lot of miscellaneous tasks. The whole project took under 2 weeks to complete, without creating mess in the house. I’m very happy with the job and highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

We used Colitz construction for a significant bathroom renovation to 3 bathrooms. Steve and his team were excellent to work with: Steve was on site everyday, he was incredible responsive, and his team members were highly skilled. We had an exceptional experience, and his prices were very reasonable. He followed up several times after the construction was complete, and was quick to help with several follow up items. Colitz was the best contractor we’ve ever worked with, and we will definitely use him again for any contracting needs.

Steve did a great job. His crew showed up until the job was done. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Steve and his crews communication is on point. I have before and after pictures.

Steve and his team performed an awesome job on my home. Not only did they go above and beyond to replace flooring and paint throughout the house but they also provided guidance, support and resources when necessary on additional items needing attention. They were friendly, professional and produced stellar results. For any issue they had an answer and/or a resource. He will definitley remain on speed dial for any other projects in the future.

Your search has ended, Colitz Construction is the best! If you want workers who show up on time, work a full day, then clean up everything before they leave this is the company for you! I am one of several associates who work at the Alpharetta Home Depot. Colitz Construction has provided renovation services to all of us who have worked with him over several years. He renovated our main bathroom and was professional, on time, competitive with bid, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with everything. Terrible!!!! This is my bathroom CURRENTLY. I have been back and forth with company for two weeks the have my payment in full and chose to take their time I asked how long no eta. Refund? Forget it Steven made it clear that if I wanted a refund he would rip my bathroom apart but I’m at that point honestly
