If you are a subcontractor, make sure you get paid. They kept 10% off of each invoice and refused to pay it, even a year after we finished our work.

Rowland & Co. did a complete renovation of our 6,500 sq. ft. building. Everything was done in the most organized and professional manner. From beginning to end, we were always kept up to date on all work, costs and timelines through comprehensive verbal and written reports and spreadsheets. If we were to do another project, we wouldn’t even consider anyone else.

I recently had to get some work done on a warehouse location to get a previously unresolved permit closed. After shopping around to other contractors I decided to use Beau and his team to get the job done. From my first conversation with Beau and his brother Marsh I could tell that they ran a top notch company. Given that my permit was overdue I was looking to get the job completed as quickly as possible. Within two days of our discussion construction had begun and within a week the job was completed. Through it all Beau & Marsh were consummate professionals. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I have been dealing with General Contractors (GC) for over 20 years, Beau Rowland, is an exceptional GC. Beau and his crew are professionals, they keep their promises, they go out of their way to help their clients, and finally they are fair with their subs and clients. I do recommend them as a great design built Contractor.
