Terrible work, and horrible customer service from my installers. Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone! Very unsatisfied. Came to install and broke the cabinets, made unnecessary holes, broken pipes, and messed up the electrical wires where the microwave goes. Now full of excuses to fix the terrible job they did. Have been waiting since February to finish this terrible job and still have an unfinished kitchen.

I recently had new windows and doors installed by Farrow construction and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and they have significantly improved the energy efficiency and overall look of my home. I highly recommend farrow for anyone in need of window and door installation. Their excellent service and top-notch products are truly worth every penny!

The trim work they did on my door is the worst I’ve seen nails sticking out corking not sanded corking missing in some areas I do not recommend them

Landon and Nick did a very nice job with our cabinet install. They answered my questions and asked me when anything out of the ordinary came up. They worked hard and were very pleasant. They were careful to prevent damage and cleaned up when finished. Our demo guy, Gary was also very careful, pleasant, and hardworking. We look forward to seeing some of the crew back when we get our last few pieces installed later.

Update 6/4/2024. After waiting for Farrow Construction to show up during their 2-4 pm window, they showed up at 6:00 pm. They wanted to repair my gray floor with a gray/brown strip. They also will not repair my alarm system, nor will they bore a hole to put the dummy handle on the door. I had to turn them away in order to get the job done correctly. Farrow does not understand that some of their customers also work for a living. I left work at 1:30 pm to be here for their time window. Update 5/31/2024. After seeing my review, Farrow called and scheduled to come back on 6/4/2024 to finish the work. Lowe’s was supposedly contacting Farrow, but the schedule person was not getting the messages. Farrow apologized several times. I changed the review from two stars to three stars. When the job is completed, I will revise again. Original review. We contracted with Lowe’s to replace our front door. The crew came and did half the job. Then we waited for inspection. The inspection happened on 4/29/2024. We are now waiting for Farrow Construction to come back and finish the job. They have been not responsive. Two days later, we are still waiting for Farrow. I suspect that they are going out of business. Absolutely unresponsive.

Exceptionally pleased with this company working with us through Lowe’s. From initial meeting and measuring, till installation of new cabinets, this company showed themselves to be efficient, thorough, attending to detail , and providing quality work. We can’t say enough good things about the care Landon and Nick gave our new kitchen. Highly recommend !!!

Very happy with installation of the storm door we purchased from Lowes. Landon and Nick, Farrow Construction Corp. arrived when expected, custom fit the frame and installed the door. They showed us the door’s features and even stashed the screen in the garage. We are pleased with their professional work!
