Two Brothers Construction & Remodeling a year agoKimmy acted with professionalism;He promised that it would be superior to the present. The insurance adjuster came by, Kimmy was there and pointed out a few things that were missed. The crew that worked on the roof was exceptional. They were meticulous and replaced worn-out boards and installed top-tier shingles. The crew did a great job of cleaning up, leaving no nails behind. The roof looked better than it did, and Kimmy was right. For all of your restoration needs, I will always recommend Two Brothers Construction & Remodeling.

MJM Construction Enterprises, LLC 2 weeks agoSteve and his partners have literally saved our complex remodeling job, after our original GC left us with a largely unfinished job and overpaid sub-par work. Steve was very empathetic to our situation and proposed a creative solution to enable us to finish the remodel and fix all that was needed in a timely manner. Not only that, but he accomplished that within the 6-7 weeks estimated timeline (compared to the months it took the previous GC to accomplish a fraction of the work) and with full financial transparency, down to the penny. We strongly recommend Steve’s MJM Enterprises as a very honest, caring, reliable and competent GC, with equally praiseworthy sub-contractors and partners – something so hard to find nowadays. We are happy to have met him and his partners (based on his Google reviews, actually) and we look forward to work with MJM Enterprises on our next project! Lili Marginean

GM Drywall Repair 2 weeks agoBest drywall crew in the business….and I have contracted many over the years! Hired them to correct the many flawed walls in my newly renovated bathroom. They expertly skim coated the most oddly textured / inconsistent walls, repaired holes / cracks, replaced old tape that had failed, corrected nail holes showing through and more. I saved thousands as they repaired what I thought I might need to replace. Everything was sanded smooth, and they applied a sealer to the fresh walls. It looks like new construction! Most importantly, they are responsive, honest, and so easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, did what they said they would do (and more), and the price was exactly what they quoted, even though the job was more difficult than expected. Clean up was also exceptional. Well done GM, you have earned my business!

Dempsey Construction Inc a month agoJack Dempsey oversaw our total condominium renovation. We are so pleased with the transformation and our choice to entrust Dempsey Construction with this project. Jack worked collaboratively with us and the subcontractors. He went above when it came to ensuring we were satisfied with the outcome; even showing up post project to adjust things like our fridge level baseboard to keep it from being damaged by opening the fridge door. Not sure it’s possible to find a kinder person or one with more integrity in this business. Embarrassed a tad to post before pictures but it helps tell the story… ignore the patio.
