I hired infinite remodel USA to remodel my bathrooms, and it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they do a shoddy job and i had to pay for the materials twice, but they also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time and property. Firstly, they took half of the agreed-upon amount upfront, only to deliver subpar work. They showed up whenever it suited them, leaving me hanging and unsure when progress would be made. To top it off, they left trash strewn outside my house, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. Despite promising to have the master bathroom completed in a timely manner, they never finished the job all they did is the demolishing. Worse still, they abandoned the project altogether, leaving me without a functional master bathroom and the other bathroom only not fully completed. Attempts to reach out to Marcelo have been met with silence. They never return calls or respond to messages, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of infinte remodel USA inc.. Their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity have left me deeply disappointed and regretful of ever hiring them. I also looked to their page on google and other platforms the review does not make any sense when you compare names and dates.
