My company was hired by Westin Hills to work on a commercial project. We had some personnel issues that created delays and issues with the installation of the HVAC systems. I am also a licensed class b contractor. I have worked in the Sarasota construction industry for over 30 years. We worked through the issues and were able to complete the project but with many problems along the way. Jeremy handled all of the issues with professionalism. His knowledge of the industry is as good as anyone I have worked with over my career. After the completion of the project Jeremy paid our company in full. I can assure you most Contractors I have dealt with would have used the problems we had as a tool for non payment. Jeremy kept his word and in my opinion did the right thing at every opportunity. The building is a show piece for Jeremy and his team. I have the upmost respect for the whole Westin Hills team. If I ever needed to hire a contractor Jeremy would be my first Jeremy.

My husband and I were overly pleased with Westin Hills Corp. We would use them again and again. They were amazing to work with when we remodeled our Condo in Siesta Key. Kristen and Jeremy were wonderful, professional, knowledgable and helped us every step of the way. Their whole crew was great! It’s been a year since we finished our project with Westin Hills and the space still looks amazing. Westin Hills was wonderful to work with during the remodel project and has been just as wonderful afterwards. We’ve only needed a couple of small adjustments on some parts. When we reached out, they remembered us and took care of us right away. They do quality work and stand behind it. We are grateful we found Westin Hills and I recommend them without reservation. Jeremy & Kristen make a great team!

Jeremy and Kristen at Westin Hills Corporation are an A+ in my book! My home was completely renovated and I couldn’t be happier! The attention to every detail they show is simply amazing. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, so it was a perfect match. They are friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I was updated weekly on the work that was done. Jeremy and Kristen completely transformed our 1975 condo into a modern open floor plan. They were on time on a very tight schedule, on budget and had some great design ideas along the way, including adding a beautiful accent wall in the kitchen that matched the backsplash. Despite being out of state during the June to November construction period, Kristen kept us totally up to date with weekly phone calls, emails, pictures or texts. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and we would highly recommend Westin Hills.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Could not believe the transformation from what our condo unit was to what it is now. Jeremy and his project manager Kristen were as professional as could be. They listened, listened, and listened to what we were wanting and not wanting. Once they had that understanding a very comprehensive plan was written up, reviewed, and put into motion. When asked, they made recommendations based on their experiences. The whole thing went very well from the tear down of the existing structure to the re-build. Couldn’t have gotten anything or anybody better. I would highly recommend Westin Hills if you are looking for a very pleasant experience for home / condo remodeling.

Westin Hills just completed remodel of our first home. My Wife and I have meet with some companies and couldn’t not fine anyone that could stay within our budget and/or come up with suggestions for our budget. We found Westin Hills through a website. Not only where we impressed with their gallery, they had suggestions for our vision that was in our budget. We were so impressed with the professionalism, the quality of work, our now new beautiful home, to their open communication and transparency throughout the whole remodel. To top it off it was finished on time with a surprising home warming gift form the team thanking us for our business! The final look is amazing, my wife and I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you, Westin Hills!!! I highly recommend them.

As I typical don’t write reviews I felt I had to. We just did our final walk through of my grandmothers’ condo on Lido Beach with Westin Hills I was so impressed. The response with such professionalism for any all our questions. How they worked with her over the last couple of months to now see her new beautiful home was amazing. It was finished on time, in budget and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Westin Hills!!! My family highly recommends you.

As a sub-contractor for Westin Hills, they are great to work with. Jeremy is a very detailed oriented person up front. This helps the process when all the choices are done early in the beginning. This way the customer has done all their work up front and last minute, hurried decisions thru out the project are kept to a minimum. This makes the project run smoother for everyone. As a sub-contractor one of the most important things to look for when choosing a contractor is their ability on how they work and treat people. Everyone in the company is committed to quality work.
