Scribner Contracting, DBA “Captain Ron’s” is bad news. The negative reviews you see are clear examples of why you need to stay away. Scribner does not pull the necessary permits and their work is not done to code. When confronted their solution is to ignore you…..I haven’t heard from Ron Scribner in 4 months now after repeated emails (don’t bother calling as his phone goes directly to voice mail). I’m out $20k and Ron Scribner continues to pull permits and conduct business. This guy needs his license pulled and to be heavily fined for screwing over the people of Charlotte County. Look at the attached pictures. This is what your project will look like……..

If you are looking to pay twice give Ron a call my father had them come out to replace his seawall at first it looked great but after a very short time we had to get it refilled. after that their was damage done from improper install gave multiple chances to fix the problem never came through had to pay a different contractor $2000 to resolve the problem. pointed out many mistakes that could have been prevented not happy not trustworthy not honest poor business customers service.
