I’m in love with my home after Matt and his crew did an amazing job!! They are very professional and courteous. I described what I wanted and Matt made my vision, become a reality. I would highly recommend Rauscher Construction to anybody, and everybody! Thank you Matt!!

Rauscher Construction is building the house in the lot next to mine. The first step was to build a retaining wall. To build the wall, they asked us to stay off our driveway for 2 weeks. Not an ideal situation, having no access to my garage. I did my best to open dialogue, but they didn’t care. Just proceeded with the project. For three weeks, their crew has been all over my yard to put this wall up. Now we learn that, in the process of excavating about 12 inches of my property to add the wall, they dug up my irrigation. Instead of repairing it, they built the wall on my property and buried the broken irrigation lines in concrete. Absolutely no regard for my property or our well-being. They’ll be around my place for the next 8 months. Hopefully, the destruction is over. They’ll run right over you if you’re not the person paying them. What a great start to a relationship with a new neighbor. I’ll take the review down when they fix the irrigation. If the review is still up, they chose to ignore their responsibility.

Matt and his crew were great. They were timely, professional and did an awesome job on our kitchen remodel. It was a large task and they tackled it with ease and precession. This was a full remodel with wall removal and relocation of water and power under the foundation of the house. The quality of workmanship was above all and the cost was better then the others I had price the job. Rauscher Construction will be doing all the remodel jobs my wife and I have in the future. Thank you Matt and crew we love our new kitchen and dry bar in the dining room.

We recently had our sunroom converted to a permanent room. I interviewed several contractors and decided on Rauscher construction. My husband and I are so pleased we chose them – the quality of work they was exceptional, the dedication and professionalism of Matt and his crew (the construction was done during this recent weeks of constant rain) are beyond belief. If we called with a problem, it was rectified. We were given a start and completion date and it was completed on schedule as promised – even under such conditions. We would without any hesitation recommend Rauscher Construction
