Update as of 2021. After our guy quit. We got the worst customer service from the project manager. They over charged us for extra stuff that was promised to us. Will not do business with them again. The installation crew was unprofessional. They didn’t care if broken glass was inside our home. Took them forever to get our windows in & installed. We bought our first Panama City FL home recently. We called Vinyltech on July 13th, 2020. Tom came out right away and gave us an estimate on new gutters & siding repairs. He was very pleasant to work with. After the 2nd estimate we got, we decided to go with Vinyltech. Tom was very reasonable on his proposal. We felt very confident & at ease when dealing with him the whole time. He wasn’t pushy! He called us after the installation & came by a few times to make sure we were happy & pleased with the service & products. He’s an amazing guy to work with. Management and project managers are very hands on with their projects and do great work. They have an office and warehouse in Panama City and care very much about reputation.
