Came in today for our walkthrow. Nothing needed to be done. Everything was beautiful, and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. I’ve been in the construction business my whole life and when we decided to retire to Florida, we looked at several homes in the ocala area. Our real estate agent, Isabella Crespo, Showed us a house, by perfect deed homes. Upon entry into the home, I noticed how clean and very neat the job site was. Tim, Steiner, from Perfect Deed Homes, meet us there and explain to us the building process. My wife and I were very impressed with the presentations, decided to go with Perfect Deed Homes. Upon the walk through of our new home when it was completed, it met every expectations. This made the buying process an amazing experience. I would refer perfect deed homes to everyone I know. We had a wonderful experience working with Perfect Deed Home. The process was very well organized, Elaine Johnson was super attentive and guided me and my brother on the paperwork we needed to sign. Tim provided us with a thorough walkthrough of the house. Renee maintained us abreast of what was happening with the sale of our house in Miami. We needed to sell our house in Miami in order to fund the purchase in Ocala. My brother and I ran into many unsavory situations in the process of selling our house in Miami, Perfect Deed Home and their office employees(DeighAnderson)worked with us until meeting our objective of buying our home in Ocala. We are very grateful and happy with our experience with Perfect Deed Home.
