One of the main reasons I chose Mike and Ryan to complete the remodel on my house was trust. Not just trust the quality and timing of the job, but most importantly trust they were looking out for my best interest, while also performing outstanding work. My family and I have been a customer of Direct Builders for 15 years. It’s never easy to choose a contractor or builder, especially here in South Florida. We asked around and several people I know recommended Mike and his team at Direct Builders and we initially used them for some updating at our home in Coral Gables (stucco repair, a kitchen remodel and later a new roof). We were really impressed with how responsive they were (you know here in Miami, 1/2 the time companies don’t even show up…but Mike and his team were always on time or ahead of schedule). Next, we were amazed with the quality of work (they pay attention to details, which is important to us). The cost was more than fair. We were really thrilled. Over the years, we have moved around the area a bit, moving up to bigger homes, and for each property, we have always used Direct Builders for every project (now, all my family uses Mike and his team at Direct Builders for anything construction/remodel). We have done two “gut renovations,” built a whole guest house for aging parents from scratch, put on four new roofs at four houses; put in a swimming pool, and completely remodeled our main home (every kitchen/bath, flooring, etc and windows/doors too, and outside painting). Bottom line: they do EXCELLENT WORK and are HONEST (I have no problem giving Mike the keys to my house and I trust him and all his crew); they are efficient, and their prices are fair. My family and I would never trust repairs/additions/remodeling/roofing/home building to any one else but Direct Builders! If anyone wants me to chat with them by phone about the projects we have done and the work of Direct Builders, I would be happy to!

I did a complete home remodel with Direct Builders and couldn’t be happier. I never expected that at the end of such a big project I would like my GC let alone be so happy that I would recommend them. Very professional, excellent quality work , great subs, creative ideas, overall excelelnt experience. Highly recommend.
