I had a major remodeling that had to be completed within four months as my family was renting and expensive large home. We had to destroy the driveway, garage, kitchen, a bathroom and all the tile in our common areas (Living room, Florida, hallways, and of course the destroyed kitchen & bathroom). In addition, we had to re-pipe all of the sewer as the pipes had busted. Claudio said he could have it all done within 4 months and he was true to his word. He adjusted to the many expected surprises when remodeling an old home like electrical paneling having to be replaced, garage and kitchen configuration needed to be change to be brought up to code, kitchen manufacturer made mistakes, etc. Through it all, Claudio was honest and straightforward as to the situation and pushed everyone hard to get it all done in 4 months. I highly recommend CF Construction for any work you have large or small.

CF Construction did a great job on remodeling my kitchen. Claudio and his crew did an excellent job and very happy with the new kitchen. Especially happy that if I had any concerns over anything Claudio responded immediately to resolve or discuss. The price was good and only charged additional if new work was asked for or required that we did not consider at time of quote.

Great contractor and work was above satisfactory and stay on time frame. Price and availability was right on budget for us. They redid our guest bathroom and came out perfect. I would highly recommend, very professional and super friendly and very forthcoming.

The company was incredible to work with. From the beginning phase of the blue prints down to the very last details of the build. Not at all what I expected as I always thought construction was one issue / delay after another but “not” the case for me with CF construction and remodeling. It’s one thing to hire someone to do a job but it’s a totally different experience entirely to have someone guide you along your way to building your very first home. Im so grateful I went with CF Construction and Remodeling. Cant wait for my next project.

CF Construction is a full service company– from creating the design to following through in making a renovation exactly as it was planned. Claudio Fernandez (owner of the company) has an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. He truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. This company also has a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman.

I’ve relied on My Fernandez on many projects, including an entire remodel of a 1946 Home in Miami Beach. He was exceptional and it was great to deal with Claudio and his crew.
