I called on Monday and was told a project staffer would call right back to schedule a time. No one called. I called back Wednesday and was told they had no record of my call from Monday, but someone would call. I called back Friday and was told that someone had called—they had not. I said no one had called and was told—within 60 seconds of being told someone had called—that no one would call for at least three months. I said we weren’t in a hurry for the actual work but just wanted advice and an estimate. The scheduler then said they were at least three months behind on even doing estimates. When I asked why I wasn’t told that on Monday or Wednesday or esrlier in the call Friday, I was told that there was no contradiction. I asked that a manager call me—and, guess what? Big surprise! No one called. What a waste of time and load of unprofessional misrepresentations.
