Great service. The guy who came to do our proposal was very informative and ready to answer all the questions we had. Obviously seawall construction is a daunting task but he gave us lots of options and timelines to complete our project.

Sea-Tech did a full seawall upgrade for us, with a new cap and concrete dock. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The project was on time and was completed perfectly. Very professional team, great communication. I can highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done.

We had an major issue with our Sea Wall and contacted pervious two sea wall companies which never got a call back. We asked a neighbor for a recommendation and they suggested Sea Tech Construction. With in days Anthony and Chris were on the property accessing the issues, a proposal, which was very fair, arrived and approved. Coral, the office manager, was quickly set up an appointment with a confirmed day and window time frame. Kyle and his co worker arrived promptly, again surprise! Kyle, with a very professional approach explained what and how he will correct the failing footer. Kyle set up his materials with total regard for our property and completed without issue the repair. I asked him about some other issues i need completed and he responded, he would get with Anthony. Amazing group and i totally would recommend this company for your seawall repair team!

Contracted with Sea Tech to rebuild a dock in May. Still in permitting with the city as of January due to the unresponsiveness of Sea Tech to address simple requests from the city for additional information. Have reached out multiple times for status and never get any response from the company representatives. We will be cancelling our contract and going with someone else. Do not use this company!

EDIT to respond to Sea Tech’s comments: The inspector was explicitly asked if he had a mask to put on. Explicitly. His response, as I noted below, was simply “No.” The rest of the response barely merits any comments from me. The defensiveness speaks for itself. A company that does not own up to its own mistakes or offer to make things right is a pretty clear sign of priorities. Original review: Did not experience the unresponsiveness others have reported, but perhaps because we had such an unpleasant introduction we chose to go with someone else. Had an inspection from a Sea Tech rep. Guy arrived not wearing a mask. When asked if he had a mask to put on, he replied “no” and did not offer any solution. Kept a big distance but extremely unprofessional, not to mention unsafe, behavior. Makes you question how this business values its customers if it’s not prepared to take the most simple and basic of precautions. The inspector was also extremely dismissive. Overall impression: NOT GOOD!

Here’s the facts and opinion. It’s important to separate the two. Fact: my $40,000 job took them 15 months Fact: they don’t return calls or emails once they have your money Fact: they say 4-5 months for job well that’s a lie Fact: the guy who sells you the job is very nice but once the process of nothing is noticed and the game begins , he gives the not my fault call my boss attitude. Fact: I gave them money in December and after June and they said they didn’t have permits i checked with the city and army core engineer myself to find out they didnt apply for the permits until March! They had them back approved a month later This translates to them taking my money and for months doing nothing. That’s theft. Fact: I changed my lift size after 8 months because I figured what the hell its been this long what’s another month to change it with permitting since they hadn’t even started, well big mistake as once the month and completed revised permit was received, the sea tech cat and mouse game carried on another 7 months. Fact: it wasn’t until I went to their competitor to start the job all over that they finally showed up days later to start the job. The irony. Fact: after 15 months the rust bucket crane shows up but goes to my neighbors house first who was planning all along to use my job to get them to drives dock piles illegally and re board his dock. Was nice to see where there priorities stood. Fact: the crew was catching iguanas Tieing fishing line around there necks and hanging them from my fence posts until after their shifts. They also left the hooks and line in the grass and my dog ate one of them and i had to take her to the vet. I didn’t say anything to them though because i was at mercy of them to just finish the job. They also left trash on property when they were done but that was expected from the amigos they had to get home to eat their iguanas. Opinion: this is a very poorly run company whose employees that actually do the work on dock do a decent job that is the reason for two stars, that is of course when they are not strangling iguanas in your back yard. Opinion: this industry desperately needs competition no one should go through what I did and if you ask around or even search here, I am not the only one Opinion: it’s pretty easy to see the problem. They need to charge more on these smaller jobs and take less of them. The profits will be the same and less customers to satisfy since they can’t handle demand but by the way the company is run it’s easy to see the owner isn’t the brightest. Conclusion: I wouldn’t buy a can of soda from these guys. As honest opinion as I could give is they are the most awful contractor I’ve ever used. If they were the only company in town I would just buy a house with a dock that’s new before I would ever call these guys again.

Excellent experience with SeaTech from start to finish. Bryce from SeaTech kept me in the loop for each step of the process and discussed pros and cons of various options we were considering. All the employees that worked on the seawall and deck were considerate and cleaned up after their portion of the work was done. Very professional. I highly recommend SeaTech.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with! They have oversold their services won’t return your calls I had to call them every day for 30 days without a return call. If you want a reliable company who will complete the job timely and according to the contract please do yourself a favor and hire another company! I am compelled to respond after being called a bully for offering only to pay for the services that were provided by this company minus the cost to cut my sea wall down to the correct height. They are demanding that I pay for all of the work in the contract even though they did not complete all of the work. their demand is $9,750.00 and I offered $6,962.00 to pay for the work that was done which is more than fair. Like I said earlier, please save your self time and headaches and go work another company you will thank me late!
