Bobby (Sales) was great at explaining everything to me during the inspection and helped to get me on the books as soon as he could. The two guys that did the actual leveling were SO nice and respectful. HIGHLY recommend this company. 🙂

Earlier this year we had CFMHLA give us an estimate to level our home. We contacted them in June to schedule. Manny & Christian arrived on time, worked through extreme heat & were very pleasant. When they were finished, Manny checked the level throughout our home & made sure doors were working properly. Manny & Christian then worked to rehang one of the doors in master bath. I would certainly use this company again.

These guys work hard, they leveled my house and stayed until we made sure everything was good on our end. They answered all my questions during the process as well. The communication from the office is top tier and I am so glad I went with company instead of someone else. I will most definitely be using Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring again in the future.

Please stay away from this company! I am remodeling a 2001 double wide mobile home and needed it leveled to install new sub-flooring. I could feel that certain piers had settled over the last 20 years which caused the floor to be noticeably wavy with dips and ridges. Most of the doors in the home were either sticking or swinging open freely. When the guy came out to quote he did not even inspect the piers. I specifically asked if they use a water level to level the structure pier-by-pier and he said that they do not use one but instead they use an altimeter. According to my research it is standard practice to use a water level but i trusted these guys since they seemed like they knew what they were doing. The day of the leveling two guys showed up in a pickup truck and walked the floor checking it with a 4 FOOT CARPENTERS LEVEL! They were there for only a few hours and somehow claimed they leveled the whole trailer when all they did was add a few blocks and shims in a couple areas. There are over 40 piers under my trailer, hardly any of them were touched. Doors were still swinging and the floor was still noticeably unlevel after they left. They charged me $2500 for this “service”. When I took the skirting off myself and checked under the trailer many of the perimeter blocks were leaning and could be knocked over easily. I made my own water level and checked it to the highest feeling point on the frame. The corners of the trailer were almost two inches lower than the center. When I contacted the owner he was defensive and claimed that they did indeed use a water level but I just didn’t see it since they were underneath the trailer. Hold on… the salesmen told me they don’t use water levels but instead use altimeters! Long story short I had to buy some jacks and level it myself. These guys were a complete waste of money and time. I am about to get married and am fixing up this house for me and my fiancé and this whole leveling issue has thrown a huge wrench in my plans, not to mention taken away $2500 of my money that I need badly right now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My husband and I used their services for a skirting job. We could not be happier with the results. Our salesman, Jaret was amazing and helped us through the process. The day of my scheduled releveling, the temperature was in the mid 90’s. Eric and Christian were prompt and worked throughout the day checking the changed levels inside the house as they leveled under the house. They had quite a job to do as my 34 year old mobile home had never been releveled. I was impressed with how well the guys worked together to get the job done even in the excessive heat. When they finished the releveling, they carefully put the skirting back in place. I also want to say that Bobby, who came for the initial inspection and estimate, was very knowledgeable and up front with his recommendations. He gave me a fair price with an itemized list of what would be done and what it would cost. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work Florida Mobile Home Leveling and Anchoring did for me.

We have an older mobile home and needed leveling bad, we have had it leveled 3 years ago we got that company off the web what a scam with that I said a prayer told God please lord send us someone honest ,good and won’t scam us again I went on the web first one I found I called which was Central Florida mobile home leveling and anchorage I contacted them and a man named Will responded ( only later did I find out he’s the owner) he did not pass me off to anyone he handled us himself he set us up with a appointment he sent Bobby he was great we agreed on amount and start date Will sent the best guys Raul, Chris and Mike they were awesome; polite and through they worked on leveling our home for 2 days I promise God held our home in place we were not even sitting on the perimeter peers Raul was the lead man it was clear he was a professional Chris and Mike were perfectionist they would not leave until we were happy very nice. . I could not be happier with this company. Matter fact Raul talked us into new skirting we are so pleased and excited I later found out this is a Christian company Will ( the owner ) supports 25 to 50 plus families at Christmas and the book Suppy at schools it doesn’t get better than that but I really have to shout out about God I prayed he answered he sent us 3 angels to do the job and the head angel in charge the owner Will, well worth every penny and the experience was awesome! Today they finished work at our home Manny was the expert skirting man he was so young to be so good but knew his job Chris and kaine were with him they were awesome so sweet and worked so hard ! I just cant keep posting enough about this company and crew!!
