I interviewed numerous builders and I am more than happy with my choice of using Diamond Gulf Construction to build my home. The cost of the build for the size of my home and for the brand name/quality products used for items such as the A/C, Reverse Osmosis, Appliances, Hardware, Pavers, etc. are all top notch. My lanai screen even has the panoramic view that was a surprise! Alex is a man of integrity and takes pride in his work. He is easy to talk to and definitely cares about his clients and his home building reputation. Well done Diamond Gulf, I still smile everyday and have lived here for over a year!

What a horrible horrible experience, I never wrote reviews. But this experience left me with no choice. Diamond Gulf construction charged my husbands a deposit , and after not completing the job promised to return the deposit. Half a year went by since they promised the would… and no matter how much we tried to reach out to them. They continue ignoring and the deposit still haven’t been returned. Coming to an agreement isn’t about diamond gulf construction. Thank you for reading.

This company charged my family 10,000$ deposit. Which they said they will refund!! They promised that they will return the money for not doing the work , and after that they have been ignoring all the emails and didn’t return the money ! This company is a scam !

STAY AWAY.. Took My 10,000 had it for 12 month permit was not completed blamed everyone else but them Said architects fault, but didn’t check the plans before submitting said townships fault, but didn’t do any work THEN PROMISED TO GIVE ME MY MONEYY BACK NEVER GOT A PENNY HERE IS EMAIL ATTACHED SAYING I WILL RECIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK. STAY AWAY THEY DID THE SAME THING TO MY FATHERS HOUSE

This is by far the best experience that we’ve ever have building a house, all deadlines were met and the end result was amazing. Alex really goes beyond and he should be your go to guy when building in Cape Coral.

The project of my life was helped and done by Diamond Gulf Construction. I found with them the floor plan I was looking for, every detail was made with a profesional touch, and good group of people doing their best. We had always good communication for every dateline. My home was completed on the scheduled date. It is always good to work with tasteful young people. I fully recommend.
