This is the worst company you can hire. I bought a house under the granite of this company and it is a bad company. The toilet in the master bathroom was full of cement. I told them and they never helped me. I don’t know. Let them fool you. It is a bad company. They will steal your money.

I bought a property in Cape Coral and while it was under the guarantee of this company and when I complained that the master bathroom had a problem with the toilet, they did not attend to me and did not help me even though it was under guarantee, the house is a super bad company, I do not really recommend them. do not fall into this bad company

Just wanted to acknowledge how smooth it has been working with Charlotte and the Delta team at closing and handing over a new property for us to manage. Homes are ready to go and has always been a good experience.

I had purchased two lots down in Cape Coral and contracted with Delta to build two Verona-model single-family homes. My first home just got finished and was pleased with the product and value. The people at Delta are great. Ron, the owner, has personally taken my calls as we went through the construction process to answer my questions and concerns. He stands behind his word. Kimberly, Elizabeth and Jess are also AMAZING and were always pleasant, professional and responsive. Looking forward to finishing my second home next door with them…and perhaps more in the future!

I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”

Backed out of over 200 projects, making off with everyone’s deposits. Poor integrity. I would never trust them with my business again.

Incredibly awful customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. I signed a contract with them to build a home and have gotten my permit rejected 3 times by the County permit office, with the same reason listed by the Permit office that the site plan submitted did not match with the official permit documents. When trying to clarify this situation with Delta and ask why this repeated oversight was made, they claimed several reasons for denial: 1.) the permitting office was short-staffed and overloaded and was denying some permits as a delay tactic 2.) that the reasons for rejection were different and the portal doesn’t show in full detail the reasons for rejection (which Delta provided 0 evidence to verify this with me despite me asking for documentation to prove this claim). It has been over 12 months since I signed a contract to build a home with them and for the past 8 months we have been stuck dealing with the repeated failures to correct this permit properly or take any accountability for the issue. Further, when I reach out asking for evidence of corrections made to ensure a proper permit does get submitted, I am accused of a “harassment campaign”, meanwhile I am paying money on a construction loan that is going absolutely nowhere and Delta doesn’t seem concerned at all that a customer’s project shows no signs of progress. Do not work with Delta, I can’t say this enough.
