I closed on my home in October of 2019. Within the first year we had numerous warranty issues that were not properly resolved. Now here in October of 2023 things are falling apart that simply shouldn’t. The most dangerous issue is the second floor balcony railing literally falling off the balcony, even though I perform proper maintenance and shovel snow off the balcony immediately. Shame on this builder for delivering such poor quality homes!

Builder imposed closing date to three months before fiber internet would be available on the block (ETA mid-late December). Everything else was great

Stephanie was wonderful to work with when buying my Thrive home. She was very knowledgeable about the the home and processes. She was great to select my design package with and super helpful for the upgrade selections. She was organized with paperwork and quick to get me copies if I needed something. She also was great with her weekly communication for progress updates. I highly recommend Thrive and working with her!

Quality of work is pretty good, but be sure to measure your car to make sure it will fit into the garage. They made the garage abnormally small by adding in stairs that take up a good amount of space, and my husband’s car won’t fit into the garage as a result. If you use their preferred lender, be sure to calculate the taxes yourself or contact the county about it because they do it incorrectly leaving you to get a much higher monthly loan payment. Our mortgage payment went up by $500 a month last year.

Laurie Smith at Thrive has been the most amazing sales rep! She is responsive and always available. I have worked with many new home builders and Thrive has so far been one of the best. Dom has also been on top of everything with us. I am so thrilled for my clients that they get to move into their new home very soon! I would bring back more clients to this community in a second!

I am in the initial stages of building a home with Thrive, Kevin has been super helpful throughout the entire process in answering all my questions and making sure I knew what I was getting. Overall they have made me very comfortable during these beginning stages and I would recommend them to others looking to build a new home.

Buyer beware. I have had my Thrive home for 3 years and have had nothing but problems with it from day 1. I dont know if you can find a company that uses cheaper products and cheaper and terrible installation and repair men. The house has never been satisfactory to us from the walkthrough to today. It was a terrible and cheaply built home and anyone they sent to fix things did absolutely horrible repair work and/or tried to say they couldnt fix anything that was installed horrible in the first place. Our current/running problem and home repair list is longer than I care to share and the amount of money and time I have dedicated to fixing things is ridiculous. To add, every one of my neighbors on my entire block is having the same experience. We will all have to spend an insane amount of money to fully fix our houses up in order to sell them. Do yourself a favor and run from this company.
