I’d be careful with these guys. They’ll charge you about >$300/hr for labor for a board up. Wish I wouldn’t have signed that contract after a fire. Think twice before hiring Palace

I am a construction worker on one of there jobs they don’t care if your 30 feet in the air hanging stuff of 2 by 4s not tied off or ant safety protection but they will scream at you and throw you off the job if your not wearing a high visibility safety vest or safety glasses they don’t care about ur safety they just care that you look safe

Boulder Housing Partners contracted with this company to refurbish several of their properties and what a nightmare! 5 min. after they fenced off my building, my bike with all 3 of my locks disappeared. I was literally walking across property to retrieve my bike and of course no one knew anything. 1 worker stated he saw my bike and quickly changed his story. Anything not tied down they Stole! I had high end tools out in my I was using to connect stereo and cable equipment after moving back into my apartment when they came to fix leaking furnace after I was home from hospital from Carbon monoxide poisoning and these tools disappeared.Later I caught another Palace worker trying to steal another Nebo flashlight. These workers took advantage of elderly and disabled tenants like myself and Upper management has yet to compensate any one of us. The “work” they did on my building shows a complete lack of work ethic and incompetency. They literally walked away without finishing hooking up my furnace causing great harm to me and my cats. It is difficult to understand how out building passed inspection by two different inspectors. All 5 buildings on this site alone have had nothing but issues including electrical. They tore out all our bushes and tree out of convenience not necessity. As disabled and low income tenants, we have no recourse. This company is as corrupt as they come and have no empathy whatsoever for the disabled and elderly people they victimized. WE have all been left incredibly Traumatized from the 2 years of pillaging and destruction Palace Construction left in their wake.

Palace Construction is wrapping up our third major project at Wind Crest Senior Living in Highlands Ranch. This latest one involved over $2m in renovation of the corridors of 4 buildings with 585 apartments. We’ve received numerous compliments from residents on the friendliness of their employees. They have been great to work with and extremely responsive to requests and feedback. Would highly recommend them!

Palace is also renovating my apartment complex. We have had issues with work being started before allotted work hours. Constant hazardous debris, nails/screws etc., left all over the walkways after hours. Questionable asbestos abatement practices. They have shut off our water and heat without the proper notification which is legally required on several occasions. This is about as unprofessional as a construction company can get. I would give them zero stars if it was possible.
