Of all the bids I received on the water damage on my home, this was the one that was most honest with notations that the price was dependent upon discovering how deep the damage was and was dependent on opening up the walls to determine how much mold was in the walls. I appreciate that Arise did not price gouge based on incomplete information.

I own Conable Builders. I’m a deck builder in the Denver area. We had the privilege to subcontract on a project for Arise. They were very professional and paid on time. We were able to install some deck railing for them on a new concrete walk out basement. Great to subcontract for!

I had hired Arise to do a kitchen remodel. Initially things started off fine with the demolition, but than began a series of lackluster work and frustrations. Something needed to be fixed at every step of the process. Mostly due sloppy work. Poor caulking job for the backsplash, counter tops not sitting correctly, the tile guy ruining one of cabinet shelves because he used it to cut tile on, etc. Brian was quick in getting issues fixed, but communication began to break down with him as time went on. Being told someone was coming on a certain day only for nobody to show started becoming a regular occurrence. Eventually Victor came over and said he was going to get the rest of the things taken care of. Didn’t hear anything for about 2 weeks. Followed up to see what’s going on with my project. Was told a few more times someone was coming out only for to be stood up a few more times. Eventually they came and fixed most of the issues and was told that a plumber was gonna come out and move the gas line so the stove could fit all the way back against the counter. The plumber never came and I never heard from them again until Victor came to collect the rest of the money for the project more than a month later. I ended just hiring my own plumber to move the line instead of continuing to deal with Arise.

We used Arise Construction in a recent project that needed to be completed. They were super professional and finished the job a little earlier than expected. Definitely recommend Victor and his crew, we will definitely be using them again if needed!

We have done a couple of projects with Victor and Arise Constructions. The first project was a significant remodel of the downstairs bathroom including relocating the laundry to the basement. With the mother-in-law moving in with us we had to ensure the bathroom was ADA compliant. Victor was great with suggestions on how to get the various handles installed and secure. Victor showed his patience when we went granite shopping. It was one of those you’ll know it when you see it excursions. Victor’s team was great about coming in and getting things done. Any issues that arose were explained clearly. The second project was a handicap ramp to allow my mother-in-law easy access to the house. We were meeting to discuss the project when Victor’s crew saw my mother-in-law struggling to get out the door. They told Victor we needed to get this project complete as soon as possible and worked through their weekend to completion. Victor’s suggestions gave us an aesthetically pleasing ramp on the front of our house. Throughout both projects, whether by phone or in person, Victor was very good at keeping in communication. He would regularly stop by to check on progress and address any concerns that arose. Sharing our excitement as the project moved along, he would have good suggestions when the original plan had to be adjusted. We highly recommend Arise Constructions for any remodeling projects.

When I first called looking for contractors, Victor was the only one who actually answered his phone personally. Since then he’s very easy to get in touch with and communicate with. I chose him and his company because I could feel that he cared very much about quality and had a very high level of consciousness and attention to detail in his work. That has certainly been shown to be true. I very much like working with Victor because of his ability to communicate and his high level of consciousness. I would recommend him to anyone.
