do not use lasting renovations for any kind of work on your property. They do not follow building codes and because of that I have had a leak in my home that has cost me well over $20,000. Their drywall contractor put a drywall screw through the supply line for my master bathroom vanity sink, which took two years to erode and caused a leak and last week caused massive damage to my house. codes were not followed, and obviously an inspection was not done after the plumber finished their work, and before the drywall was installed. A metal plate should’ve been put on the stud where the supply line for the vanity sinks were drilled and inserted into the stud. This is basic code in construction. building code was not followed and two years later a major flood occurred in the home. Do not use this company for anything – they are NOT professional You’ll end up paying big money in the future due to their incompetence. Stay away. You have been warned!

It is about perfect organization performing major work, patience, and understanding client needs in real-time communication. They remodeled the master bathroom and two bedrooms in two separate projects. And my next project will go along with LASTING RENOVATIONS.
