Ryan and his crew are amazing! We had water damage that was destroying our garage wall which in turn caused the beams holding the deck above the garage to get water damage. They proceeded to remove all the damage exterior wood, removed stucco, replaced all the wood, patched all the stucco fixed the leak and matched the paint to where we can’t see any signs of the previous damage. My neighbors have all commented on how nice it all looks. Great job Magic Maintenance I will be calling you for my future projects!

We could not have asked for a better experience and quality craftmanship. Truly exceptional! We just completed a full kitchen remodel and Magic Maintenance did a stellar job. I’ve never seen a more organized and clean contracting crew in my life. The team was respectful of our home and communicated clearly with us daily on status and progress. And they finished the job early. All of their team members were polite and professional. I cannot recommend them more. We’ve used them for other smaller projects at the house, which lead us to speak with them about a bigger job.

I have used Magic Maintenance on many occasions over the past 12 years, whether for general or significant repairs of industrial and apartment buildings, tenant improvements, and painting the exteriors and interiors of buildings (large or small). In all of my dealings with this company I have found the entire team, including the owner Ryan Murphy, to possess all knowledge and skills required to perform their work and to successfully bring a project to completion. They are truly a superior organization, and I am happy to give them a grade of A+ for all of their efforts on my behalf. Simply the best!

Had to call multiple times to attempt to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Finally someone calls me. Is super rude cuts me off and tells me to measure it myself and send pictures. Then doesn’t respond for another week. When he finally does. Says he’s gonna charge me just to give me an estimate. If his work is anything like his communication skills. I can only assume it’s terrible. Actually glad i won’t be using them.
