Modern home remodeling with Ben as a project manager did an amazing job taking care of all smallest details with a lot of passion and kindness. We renovated all of the backyard and flooring in the house and i definitely recommend this company to all . Everything came out looking great. I’m really thankful and happy.

Modern Remodeling did a partial remodel in my bathroom. Ben Elhar, project manager, was easy to work with and extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns and met my needs . The workers Eddie and Lorzeno completed my project efficiently. My new bathroom is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. My aunt got completely remodeling for the kitchen. We had the pleasure to work with this company, they super professional everything was on time. We knew that remodeling not gonna be easy but they did it the best for us. The crew was very nice and clean. We definitely gonna work with them again in the future.

This company and their team went above and beyond to make sure our upstairs flooring was exactly how we wanted it.. from picking out the flooring to doing the job itself .we are planning our kitchen remodel in the future and will be using them again. Thank you

Late last year we hired Modern Home Remodeling to reside our garage/workshop. They did an excellent job. The demolition was surgical and did not damage any interior walls. They expertly replaced several termite damaged rafters without having to remove the overlying roof. The old redwood siding was replaced with cement fiberboard and done expertly with great attention to detail and they re-roofed the entire building blending the new roof shingles with the existing shingles on an attached car port. ALL of the crew were greatly skilled and took great care to see that the siding was level around the entire building. Demolition debris was cleaned up every day at the end of work. Most importantly the entire job was done within the time estimated and at the cost contracted. At the end of almost each day a supervisor visited the site to document the progress and address any concerns the crew or we may have. I would highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any project you have.

Such a difference. I had put it off so long. Had original kit and bath from 1967. Thought it was gonna be so hard. But didn’t have to do much. Tal their designer helped with putting things together. And they know the places to shop. Jonathan the manager schedules and they get it done. Very nice quality work. Thank you Modern Home Remodeling. You will love them.
