First off, the workmanship was outstanding, attention to detail matters but many contractors meet that need. What was impressive was the work ethic, this is a company that cares about completing a project with consideration to customer needs. Juan knew how to schedule the different stages of the project with the customers comfort in mind. Talk to anyone who’s done a remodel and adhering to a tight schedule is something you don’t see in this industry. The customer is always at the mercy of the contractors timeline and jobs are always extended beyond the original timeline. Not with JCM.
