I just recently purchased a home in the bay area and was looking for a local contracting company to help with creating and adding in addition to my home. I found it to be difficult to see and talk to somebody in person in my local area, but a friend recommended Fino Homes. When I called the Company, they were very professional, and nice, and offered to come over to my home to look at what I wanted. I really got the impression that they were interested in what I was asking for and I was hoping that I wouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg to add a structure. After the permits were approved by my city, we went to head and started the construction. Roy, who is the owner of the company, was really helpful to me. I will say that he probably sensed my hesitation about how much everything would cost, and he gave me a price that was what I was expecting, and even offered to work with me on some of the design aspects. Overall, the addition was about 800 ft.² and I am overly satisfied with what I ended up with. I will say that I called roughly 10 different construction companies have in the area, and a lot of them seem to just focus on the bottom line, which is fine as a business. However, what I found interesting about Fino Homes is they really focused on my own experience and satisfaction, which is a rarity in construction and contracting business. At any rate, I will probably not add more structures to my existing home, but I would recommend this company for anyone who is interested in finding quality over quantity and a fair market price. I was really surprised when the owner gave me his personal cell phone number, and made me feel comfortable to speak with him about small details. People describe themselves as a small business only as a marketing ploy. But with Fino Homes, I really felt that they went above and beyond and walked with me through this process.

I reached out to Fino Homes to do an ADU project for my family. The work was done in a timely manner, quality was provided and overall I am very happy with the project. Roy was a pleasure to work with and the team showed a lot of effort. If I have any further projects in the future, I wil reach back out.

Roy was recommended to us by one of our friends for our complete Home renovation. He was not only a pleasure to work with but also has a great eye for design. We had many requirements that needed to be fulfilled with our home remodeling including making it wheelchair accessible. Roy was up to date with all city codes and passed successfully all the project inspections. Fino Homes team was very professional, form Amy the designer to Alex the Forman and the construction crew. We are very happy with our home and would definitely recommend Roy and Fino Homes to our friends and family.

I can truly say that even now, after some time has passed, I’m still getting so many compliments on the new look of my house. My entire home has turned into a space that’s a pleasure to enter. Thanks to the team at Fino Homes and Roy, who led me and this entire project so responsibly. He never just sits back and rests on his laurels, though he certainly deserves it. The entire renovation process exceeded all my expectations and was well worth the price. Highly recommended!
