Poor quality by this contractor. Barely passes inspection. Lot of headache with managers. They alway talk down to you and use curse words. Photo attached as an example of showing their performance.

E A Davidovits recently completed a seismic and parking lot upgrade project for my commercial warehouse in Redwood City. The project was managed professionally and completed on time and on budget. I will continue to look for them to help me with projects planned in the future.

Worked with the team at E A Davidovits on a commercial rehabilitation project in 2019 that included an extensive re-design of existing structural, interior, and exterior elements of the building. From the design process through build-out, the team was communicative, detail oriented, and pragmatic with recommendations. The management of the overall project was extremely smooth and the work quality was excellent. Post project completion, we engaged again on tenant improvements to construct additional glass-walled conference rooms.

We have worked with Davidovits over the past 5 years on two commercial construction projects. Both projects were completed by the scheduled due dates and within budgeted costs. Their project management is comprehensive and conducted with professionalism. This includes handling of all the different subcontractors, through obtaining permit approvals. Their staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend using Davidovits.

EA Davidovits & Co. did a great job building out our medical clinic space and operating room in 2018-19. They were detail oriented, had great follow through and got the job done. We worked with Edward, John P., Sarah A as our main points of contact. There sub-contractors were skilled professional, and timely. they followed all regulations and gave us proper advice as we navigated city requirements and other authorities. Sarah A. and John P were excellent managers and without them I don’t think our space would be where it is. They helped us fulfill our dream for designing and creating a first class medical aesthetic practice.

I have been doing business with EA Davidovits & Co for over 20 years. They have been my go to contractor of choice. They have always been transparent on jobs. Most importantly, during one of the projects that we are working on together, they were able to value engineer the project to help save time and money for the ownership. Just in Redwood City alone, this is my 9th or 10th project that I have worked with this group. Most of these projects have been to remodel older buildings which brings life back in to this wonderful place called Redwood City. Last, they stand by their work.
