I was referred to LRG by my insurance company as one of their preferred contractors. I entered a contract with the company to complete extensive repairs on my home caused by water damage from a flood. LRG worked at my house for 4 to 6 days before abandoning the job (I don’t have the exact dates). I contacted their office and was informed a staff member that the project manager would return my call, but he never did. I sent several emails to the company, but no one ever responded. Finally, I sent an email with a cancellation notice attached that explained the contract had been breached and is voidable. I still did not receive a response from the company. Lastly, I sent a final letter which explained to LRG that they have 20 days to pick-up their equipment from my home as said within the contract. LRG responded within 24 hours and a worker drove from Tucson, AZ to my home in Laveen, AZ and picked the equipment within 48 hours. Apparently, the company did have access to their emails. To this date, no one from LRG has provided an explanation as to why they abruptly stopped working on my home and left the job approximately 50% incomplete. I later learned LRG had received payment from the insurance company, but I am not sure if it was for the full amount of the contract or a lesser among. Uploaded the photos of the poor quality of work LRG did on my home in Phoenix before they abandoned the job altogether. This is how they left my home, I have to find a new contractor to complete the work, but I filed a complaint with the the Registrar of Contractors office in Phoenix. Hopefully, I will get some form of resolution.
