The absolute worst construction company out there. Corrupt, unprofessional, absolutely cannot trust their management. Witnessed first hand that they falsified paperwork & put unsafe people on jobs every day. 3 of their CDL drivers “can’t back up.” Rampant racism & favoritism if you’re related to the family. They can’t keep track of their lies, even with each other. AVOID HHS CONSTRUCTION AT ALL COSTS.

Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY they fired me and LIED and said I asked to leave early when really they told me to leave early because they had NO WORK for me! They hired me but had no work available and kept sending me home early and asking me not to come in. A waste of time!!! This is wrong people have to make a living and you’re playing with people’s lives! They are unorganized and unprofessional.

I knew somebody that worked for HHS Construction and they were doing some shady business. The company gives empty promises. They lack in communication. They’re very unorganized on their jobs. You also never get a response from anyone when you’re trying to get the job done, get paid, etc. I would not recommend HHS construction to anyone. If I could leave a review on indeed I would just to warn people.

This incident happened this morning 3/19/2021, about 1 hour ago. I had just entered the 10 freeway travelling west at the on-ramp just before the Mt. Vernon exit. As I was entering the freeway I observed this vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed, but with enough time to either slow down or change lanes. Apparently I offended the driver in some way, because he then proceeded to do this! This kind of behaviour could have resulted in a serious accident and HHS Construction would have been held liable because this driver was clearly at fault. I’m only giving them 1 star because this is the lowest available. HHS Construction, you need to educate your employees that when they are driving a company vehicle, they represent you and your values.

I did work for them as a contractor and I invoiced them in June 2020 and I still have not been paid. I reached out to Monica multiple times and no reply. They have called me to go out and work outages for them however due to there lack of payment I will no longer do business with them. HHS does not pay there contractors.

For a company that cares about its reputation and safety, they certainly don’t act like it. Loose debris from their truck fell off and cracked my windshield. When I reached out for a reimbursement, the director of safety said that there was no reasonable way to prove it was from their truck and denied all responsibility. I wouldn’t hire them if this is how they choose to stand behind their work.

Best place to work, I’m really happy here I am treated well employees are very professional and I see alot of production happening. There is lots of room for growth as the company is big with many opportunities in many fields of work.
