We worked with Quantum Construction to renovate our house. Overall we are happy with the outcome, and appreciate it that they stand behind their work. They have been responsive every time we called them, in one case months after the job was finished.

Quantum Roofing took down our roof on a Tuesday. Everything looked good until the rainstorm came through. I called them and told them it’s raining and we had nothing covering the roof! He didn’t come out to cover it that night, meaning we had water damage ensuing throughout the whole night. They came out the following day and we had water damage in outlets, drywall, insulation, blinds, and walls, not to mention the water damage in the garage rusting our gym equipment and ruining 4 of our 6.0 ah batteries. At first Willie (the owner) made it sound as if everything would be good as new once they fixed it. We ended up getting about 16 punctures into the interior drywall while they were nailing down the new material. 6 of those are still visible after “patchwork”. The repaired areas paintwork is shoddy as well, they told me it would be color matched and “faded” into current paint and it wouldn’t be visible. The paint doesn’t match in my sons room or the living room where most of the damage was, disappointing. There is loose drywall above the cabinets where there was water damage and I confined it wasn’t replaced. Lastly I have 6 new cracks in the kitchen drywall where there were no issues before. I have attached pictures of the damage that was caused. I would not recommend.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve hired a company for a remodeling project but I will say this is definitely the best time. I reached out to Quantum Construction to do a room addition to my home. I needed it done with in a certain time frame because we had a relative moving in. Thankfully, Quantum was able to handle everything for us. They did a beautiful job on the addition, got everything done on time, and they were able to fit everything within our budget. I couldn’t be happier. My experience with them was nothing but positive. Thank you for making out lives a little easier and our home a little more beautiful.
