I highly recommend Coronado Construction. Sergio made sure that I was happy with the results. My construction project included a backyard drainage system, waterproofing a garage wall and the wall along the back of the house, pavers, remodeled pool, wood fence/gate and wood pool enclosure, and a concrete driveway.

We recently converted our 2 car garage to an ADU. CCC was easy to work with from vision to completion. Our plans sailed through the city planning office and we never had an issue with inspections. CCC stuck to a time schedule and everything went as planned. The team that works for CCC are experts. Attention to detail was as important to us as it was to them. This is the most amazing company. We needed to do a full home remodel, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and a conversion that would add a bed and and a bathroom. We knew the job would be expensive. After parting ways with a completely unethical contractor, we met with Sergio from CCC. He worked so hard to get us everything we needed done within our budget. My favorite part of working with him is how creative he is. We interviewed multiple contractors after parting ways with the first group, and Ido was the only one who thought of creative ways for us to accomplish our goals. CCC focuses on integrity and partnership, and that creates trust and confidence.

I hired CCC to remodel my master bathroom. Finding a contractor who is responsive, knowledgeable, and honest is not that easy. From the initial appointment of meeting with Sergio, I knew this was the company to go with. He showed up on time, and he was courteous, and didn’t try to sell me. He heard me out, and offered a few options that he thought would work for me. I went with what he suggested, and not only did it turn out looking great, but came in at the budget I had in mind when starting out with the project.

We found Sergio due to the really good reviews. Sergio and his crew were super professional, detail oriented and dedicated. I felt like they delivered as they are working on their own house. Our project was consist of renovation of our backyard (adding a deck with stairs and changing all the fences). I ended up working with his team for some electrical work. (We did the tile ourselves as we knew a very good tile master for a long time. Sergio and his team were able to bring our vision to reality.

Coronado Construction did an awesome job on my new patio. My old deck was old and rotten. The project manager Sergio was outstanding, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made my vision came to life! I wanted a built-in bench with my deck and a fireplace at the bottom. It turned out exactly how I wanted it to be. We can’t say enough good things about Sergio and his company. Sergio is very professional and brings a ton of experience to the table. We did a whole home renovation which can be stressful but he made the process as smooth as possible. Sergio and his crew with Coronado Construction are an unbeatable contractor force. They did a full remodel of our master bathroom. New shower, tub, vanity, and all the accessories. They are always on time. The first thing they did was lay down floor protection paper from the front door, up the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. They installed plastic sheeting from floor to ceiling to keep dust out of the bedroom. They even covered our baby’s bassinet. Sergio and all the crew had great ideas and were polite and friendly to the family. The remodel turned out amazing! We will absolutely utilize them for the next project. Thanks team!!

Sergio and his team did a spectacular job on our kitchen project. Our project was on the minor side – just added some cabinets and a countertop along a wall. However Sergio did not make our job seem any less important than any of the other larger projects he had going on – he was available to us whenever we had questions and provided clarity every step of the way. The job we did was a custom cabinet job so he had his design specialist come in and help us build out exactly what we wanted. From there we ordered parts and got the ball rolling – most other places quoted several weeks and sometimes months lead time, however Sergio did everything from start to finish in about a month.
