Pacific Coast Custom Design 6 years agoThe team who designs the cabinets are excellent. They are easy to communicate with and have helpful tips on how to personalize your perfect unit. However, the factory and their communication on when the unit will be delivered is an entirely different story. It’s taken them 1 whole month to make my custom office unit and I still don’t have a specific date of when it will done or installed. This is extremely frustrating for a client who’s paid thousands of dollars for a product and is sitting in the dark for over 4 weeks on delivery. I’ve heard excuses after excuses from weather impact to too many orders…look you’ve been running a business for X amount of years, you can do a better job of organization and job management. Now that they’ve “cut” the piece, I can’t get my money back so I’m a victim of their lack of processes.

I had some work that needed to be done at my house and a couple things that needed to be looked at and Aaron came by and did a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to hiring them on for the next project I have!

Kuhlman Custom Construction 11 months agoCheck the yelp reviews and you will know why this company is not a good reliable one. Nobody has any skills as the grandfather hires young men to train them himself but he had to place a manager that has zero communication while they send roofers home for being 5 minutes late. You will lose two roofers that day as the others will have to work harder. Will that make the ones that arrived on time happy?? No instead it causes drama on your roof. Men stealing nail guns and almost beating each-other up in the streets is not cool. He should sell his company, his other workers are hiring his current ones for better freelance jobs at companies with more work. No department of labor issues. No waiting almost a month for a paycheck. Imagine if law enforcement was called when the roofers were about to fight over one stealing a nail gun. This company is poorly managed, the staff is not up to par to do roofing. Check all their licenses if you hire them.
