Working with the Gilor team has been fantastic (Or Haim, Jesus, and team). We worked with them closely from ideation to finish on a bathroom renovation project & a closet remodel for the primary bedroom. This was the first project we’ve done, and after meeting with a handful of GC’s – the Gilor team provided the best combination of familiarity, competency, and value. Or Haim & Jesus have an incredible attention to detail and great communication skills – always keeping us in the loop in terms of project progress & any potential issues well before they might have occurred. We would definitely choose the Gilor team for our next project.

I called Simple Builders in November to install brackets for a kitchen Island that would eventually have Quartz installed. Jesus came to do the work and he did the job fast and professionally. I was impressed. Fast forward to after the Quartz was installed in January, and I again called Simple Builders, this time to hook up the sink, the garbage disposal and plumbing. Jesus came to do the work. Again, Jesus amazed me with his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Again, the job was done quickly and expertly. He made it look simple. I will always call Simple Builders whenever I need something done quickly and correctly at a reasonable price. Thank you Gil and Jose!!!

I highly recommend Simple Builders for the following reason (1) true craftsmanship (2) easy to work with and very responsive on a rush job (3) care for the environment— micro plastic mitigation from cutting LVP. I had to update a kitchen in a 1909 Victorian on a tight schedule and with limited budget. I am SO GRATEFUL I choose Gil and his installer Jesus.

The Simple builders team (Gil, Haim, Jesus among others) exceeded expectations from the initial review and quotation process through final finishing touches. They assisted in design elements and structural improvements and made custom components as they went along in addition to delivering on time and on budget. Total pros.

We had our master bathroom renovated recently with Simple builders. We have been really happy with the quality, coordination and timely remodel. The whole process was not as stressful as we had anticipated based on other experiences . David was incharge of the project and was on top of every detail. He showed up every day and kept us updated on all the progress . Jesus and Marcos worked diligently and very efficiently. They were very accommodating and really respectful about all the aspects of the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel of any kind.

Gil and his team did a fantastic job at my property. He was always available and guided me throughout the project. The property was damaged by a water heater leakage. He coordinated and planned with plumber and got the job done on time. Strongly recommend him and his team for any construction projects.
