Worst contractor you could possibly go with.. The contractor has taken 2 months to do a small job.. This is also the only contractor i have ever heard of that has to get paid before they order materials. They will not do the work and have pushed my move in date out 25 days. They dont complete the job in a timley manner. I would definitely not go with this contractor I would give 0 if possible chad doesnt do his job

Chad and his team provided quick and excellent service to our home. After being dislocated from our home for three months due to a pipe leak under our house that required almost our entire flooring to be redone, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Chad Smith Construction – finishing a huge job in two weeks. Chad was always so responsive and checked in all the time to make sure all of our concerns and questions were addressed. They were very quick and efficient with their work and provided quality service. We would definitely work with them again.

Used CSC as our general contractor for a water loss we had on our house that we purchased a year ago. Everyone was very friendly, and most important efficient coordinating all of our repairs. We had all new flooring, countertops, and cabinets installed and we are very satisfied. Everyone showed up on time and we are very happy with our results. Would highly recommend.
