I first heard of VMR Construction Services when by best friend decided to turn her garage into an ADU. The outcome was beautiful and she was extremely pleased. Soon after another friend of ours purchase a home and needed some TLC, again VMR was contacted and they renovated her kitchen, again; another beautiful outcome. As time went by my husband and I found it hard to purchase a home in LA. We are both family oriented and we didn’t want to move out of the city; because moving out will mean we weren’t going to be close to family. So we decided to build an ADU in my parents home. We gave VMR a call and got started on an awesome journey. Ed and I worked together on what my needs were in my home, my ideas and my likes. I also loved that Ed gave me some great ideas of his own, he has a good eye for things. He is a very thoughtful, kind and most importantly trustworthy contractor I’ve had ever worked with. Our ADU has finally been completed and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We plan to continue working with VMR Construction Services in the near future for more projects so if you are thinking of building an ADU or have a small project in mind, don’t stress and give these guys a call. I strongly recommend them, they are simply the best guys in this kind of industry, trust me you won’t regret it. I would love to personally thank Ed and Victor for al the hard work, dedication and love they had for building my little home. I hired VMR Construction to install pavers and landscaping. Eddie was courteous and professional. He also made suggestions for the design. The work was done as promised and Eddie made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the job. I recommend VMR for any construction job.

8 years later, we have found water leaking under bedroom floor. After breaking some of the dry wall and baseboards, we have found the water is coming from the shower. The shower was not sealed properly and has been seeping thru the walls and floors. Now we have mold problems.

We’ve dealt with many Contractors, construction workers and everyone else associated with construction. VMR has been a pleasure to work with. Haven’t been able to say that too often. Needed some concrete in the backyard. Eddie came out when he said he would, arrived 10 minutes early. Measured, asked us what we wanted, let us talk, gave us some suggestions and a quote. We believe the price was fair and they were willing to start the next morning. They arrived early and ready to work. They came in force! Knocked out the job quickly and perfectly. This is the company a customer hopes they choose. All said and done, couldn’t be happier. Will refer them to anyone we know needs work. Will use them again!

VMR did a excellent job pouring a cement slab in my back yard very reasonable reliable and professional work done. I would recommend them if you want to get the job done right. Victor is a fair and honest person and I was glad to do business with them and will be having more work done from them In the future
