No other word to describe them but INCREDIBLE! so happy with the guys and Lee! So nice so honest and so quick! We had some basic foundation repairs done on our house and we were charged so fairly which was a surprise since two other people quoted us double the price! Thanks again you’re the best!

Big thanks to Ram the owner for the easiest and best experience ever! I purchased my home and general inspection suggested I had foundation problems which indeed I did! I called Sunshine Foundation for a quote and they beat every price I got! They did a complete foundation replacement for me that went perfectly! They obtained all the permits so quickly and scheduled me in fast! Everything went according to plan, they were awesome! Would highly recommend!

So I was referred by my next door neighbor that had work done with Sunshine about a year ago and he was so satisfied we had to call them for ourselves and we’re definitely happy we did! We had a retrofit done and they were in and out in just one day! Thanks to the whole team for such excellent work and such a great experience!

Happy I found this company. I never hire the first estimate I receive but Lee was such a great guy I took the chance. The reviews don’t lie. This Company is very reliable and honest. They were very responsive and communication was excellent. Had my living room slab replaced in 5 days with permits and inspections (very impressed).

Sunshine is the best! My husband and I are looking to buy a house in Los Angeles and needed a reliable foundation assessment, and Sunshine Foundation came out to do a home inspection and checked the foundation. The inspector was awesome! He made the whole process totally stress-free, he was very knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel comfortable while talking about an area we didn’t know much about. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy foundation repair company in Los Angeles that handles all types of foundation needs. Highly recommend!!!

I got approved to retrofit my home with the EBB Program. Inspector Sam and the sunshine office did all the leg work for me. Sam provided all the necessary photos (before and afters). The office uploaded all the other documents that were required. I am now happy to say my home is earthquake safe. Thank you Sam and sunshine team for all you hard work and efforts.

I’m very impressed with Ram. From his initial inspection, he was the most professional out of all the other companies that bid my job. His scope of work made the most sense. His team of guys were very professional. They replaced a concrete wall below my home and kept my home(yard) clean every afternoon before leaving my job. I can only say good things about this company. Highly recommend SUNSHINE!

I am intrigued by the customer service sunshine foundation repairs provided me. From Gabby in the office to inspector Sam, which was the most knowledgeable inspector I had from all companies that have been on my property! They accommodated the day and time even though it was last minute and accomplished getting me my escrow report before my contingency deadline. Definitely will do the honest work they provided me once I own the house!
