I can’t give David a 10 star because it’s not an option. But if it were that’s what I would rate him. He has done several projects for us and is always on time very fair in his pricing and puts 110% into any job he is doing.

Dave Iwerks lives up to the sound of his last name: HE WORKS, and he works with efficiency, quality, and customer service. At the start of the recent rainstorms in SLO County, we noticed water blowing into our home through two doors, and that our wood floors were beginning to warp. On the recommendation of a flooring company we immediately phoned Dave Iwerks. Realizing the urgency of the situation, and the prospect for even more severe rain, Dave immediately made an appointment to inspect the situation, and he arrived in very short order. He quickly identified the problem, established a repair plan, and in a matter of two partial day visits, Dave corrected the problem. We had no additional water leakage during the severe storms that followed. I unconditionally recommend Dave Iwerks as a skilled and efficient repair specialist dedicated to customer service throughout SLO County.
