Buyer Beware!! No planning, tries to up charge on materials as he does not use a computer to check price or stock. He has no written specs to reference or share to subs to communicate customer requirements. He quotes way beyond what he is actually licensed for and did plumbing which he is not licensed for. I checked reviews at the time and no bad reviews. I find that hard to believe given my experience with him. !!!!Update……Buddy recently settled up with me to make our endings fair.

Buddy and his crew did excellent work on our house a few months back. We got our bathroom remodeled and a wheelchair ramp installed out front. They worked with us to get the projects done quickly to accommodate for current medical issues I was dealing with (still am). Their prices were reasonable especially for the bathroom remodel as we had gotten a quote from some big shot company for around $15K, just for the shower alone, which was ridiculous. With W&W, getting our shower updated, new floor laid and wall tiled it was around $7K more or less which was reasonably priced. We supplied the shower set, flooring and wall tile which saved us some money. Definitely would recommend them and will be doing more business with them for more future projects.

Contacted W&W construction to measure and quote us for a custom door in one of the rooms of our house that does not fit a regular door. After some back and forth we were given a date and put it on the calendar about 3 weeks later. Contacted the day of to make sure they were still coming and heard nothing. The appointment time came and went with no contact what so ever. I am stunned that a company with all 5 star ratings (why we contacted them in the first place) would be so unprofessional and unresponsive. If you live in fort smith hope you know how to do things your self because this is the case with most businesses. Absolutely would not recommend.

We had W&W replace/install backsplashes in kitchen&baths, and are very pleased with their work, professionalism, and promptness. We did have a very minor issue with grout in a small section, and Buddy was extremely prompt in righting the issue. We would definitely use W&W again for another project. Thank you! 👍🏼👍🏼

Buddy and his crew (W & W Construction) worked many years for me, a personal assistant to a wealthy individual in Fort Smith. The house he was retained to work on was constructed in the early fifties. The woodwork on this house is different than is produced now, Buddy and his crew had to MAKE BY HAND all of the trim to rebuild the dormers on the house. I was truly impressed, as are all which see it. I also commissioned him and his crew to make a massive security entry door which is truly one of a kind, side bolts on both sides of the door slide into a steel frame attached to the foundation of the house. The door alone is a statement of true talent. I highly recommend this company. I have rarely found a company where the talent of work is only surpassed by honesty.
