I’m sorry to hear other people haven’t had the best experience with this company, but as for myself, I’ve had no issues.. in fact, I’ve had nothing but promises kept and appreciation/recognition. It’s unfortunate that so many people expect a free ride to the top, but its bound to happen; either that or it’s possible previous reviewers didnt have a great Foreman, which isn’t directly the company’s fault. College student here…I live in an apartment complex right next to one of the buildings they’re in the process of making. I’m getting really tired of them starting up construction in the middle of the night when there are people trying to sleep. Sometimes I am woken up by the construction as well. I understand there’s deadlines that have to be met or something like that, but I wish they were more considerate of when they begin their work. I’d even be okay if they started around 6:30 am.

Stay away from this place, a bully culture is tolerated. JE Dunn touts Best People, Right Culture, but does not practice this philosophy. Coworker makes fellow employees the subject of constant ridicule. And despite sending a formal complaint through the ethics hotline, this has not been addressed and continues to happen.
