Use caution bidding with these guys. They will send u a contract, give a verbal notice to proceed with submittals, then, fall off the map. Pulled a 2 million dollar contract from me without even notifying me. When I finally spoke with someone, after weeks of trying to issue submittals, I was told it was a pre-qualification issue with our bond ability. I’ll spare you the cuss words since, unlike Rabren, I try to be professional and simply say that is untrue. I’ve never been more humiliated in my entire life! I’ve actually been robbed at gun-point and didn’t lose as much sleep. I am forever scarred by this. 1 star

I’m just a truck driver who made a delivery of materials there. I do have to say what an absolutely amazing staff. From reception to the guys in the yard. I can only imagine the quality work they’re putting in out there in the world! Great company!!

Oops – I meant to be reviewing Herb Rabren, as he did a great job of remodeling our 30 year old bathroom! I haven’t actually had work done by Rabren General contractors, but the AHS looks great and all the Rabrens I know are great people. Sorry.
