Worst business ever! Installer Chris did an awesome job with what he had to work with. I’ll start with the 90 minute appointment turned into 3 1/2 hours. This was the end of October. We’re told a finished install by mid December. Not. January 10th it started. Day one demo, shower pan was too large. Claire measured, wasn’t correct. Day two, no hardware to mount doors nor track. Day three snow storm on a Friday. Monday, Day six our installer brought his own vehicle because company vehicles weren’t plowed out yet. Replaced the showerhead immediately because it didn’t perform like the old one. Tundraland tried taking DOUBLE my down payment out of my checking account. Thank God my bank called and informed me. Then they cashed my boyfriend’s check. But Tundraland hounded me about my payment NOT POSTING. Didn’t give permission for double the amount. We went through Tundraland financing which deals with Greensky. We were supposed to have 60 payments at the SAME AMOUNT. Now Greensky said we had an introductory period and payments are more for the next 54 months. Shop around people. My brother had American Standard do his shower, SAME ISSUES.

Great experience all around. Our shower is BEAUTIFUL and it was all done in a day. Highly recommend.

The quote was going well until the ednd. Told him this was our first quote and I wouldn’t be able to say yes that night. He flipped out and got really petty. Telling us that no one ever calls back, that he does this for a living so don’t waste his time, and that he has a family to feed. He was so angry he took the quote with him and didn’t email us anything he promised to. Left a voicemail for Tundraland but they must not be concerned as they have not called back.

Christine, a design consultant, met with us to walk us through all our options to complete the perfect shower! Our shower at the cabin was old, moldy, shower head was too low and just disgusting so an updated one was really needed. Installation was scheduled in a timely fashion and we were told the installer would be there by 7:30 a.m. He pulled up a few minutes early and started demolishing the current shower. We were able to sit back, answer a few questions & watch him do his magic! The shower we didn’t think was possible, especially in 6 1/2 hrs.) was completed and looks beautiful. Thanks so much!

A representative just met my niece at my sisters house in Baileys harbor. He was rude.. told her to be quiet, while he gave his speech… give her a estimate 10,000$ range.. told her she couldn’t get another bid, price was only good for that day.. and if she didn’t have the money she should take it out of her mothers trust!!! What kind of horrible company is this? My husband and his brothers own a NATIONAL COMPANY ABD EOULD NEVER TREAT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER LIKE THIS! I was going to pay for it, now we’re going with safe step!

We do not recommend this company. We just spent thousands on an inoperable walk in shower. We had a 7 week wait from signing contract to the date of installation (date change requested by tundraland). The shower is partially installed and not fully operational. By the time the installer left we had the following issues: 1. Rain showerhead that doesnt work 2. A hole in our ceiling 3. A gouge in our ceiling 4. A gouge in our door 5. A mess in the basement that wasnt cleaned 6. A missing built in seat which we knew about before installation. Not available until May. It has been one week since installation. We have yet to use the shower. We were assured by installer that Tundraland would contact us in 1-2 days to follow up on the problems. On the 3rd day with no contact we tried calling our salesperson Stephanie. Left her 3 messages, with no call back. We finally called the 800 # and got a call from Luke, a service manager. We worked with Luke and thought we had a resolution to move forward. Luke was going to call us back in 24/48 hours. NOPE! 96 hours later (4 business days) and we have not heard a peep from Tundraland about follow up appointments to our home. It has been over 1 week since installation and here we sit waiting and growing more frustrated by the day. As an added bonus we had to cancel the contractors that were going to finish the bathroom remodel (flooring, vanity, paint and such) as the walk in shower project isnt yet done. Customer service is a joke. Tundraland doesnt care about any of their customers or their satisfaction. We have refused to pay our balance until all issues are resolved to our complete satisfaction. At this rate hell is likely to freeze over first.

DO NOT GET WORK DONE FROM THEM they way over work the installers. They lost a packet with my personal information things like my social security, bank routing and account numbers, full legal name and adress just gone they don’t know where it all went. When I call and ask for an update they say they will look into it when asking for updates they say they are not liable to give you that information but will “forward the message to the other departments”.

We had a bathtub to shower conversion and are extremely happy with the end result. The process was efficient from my first phone call to working with the designer to scheduling to the installers. Everyone involved were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We’re impressed with the craftmanship and product and would recommend Tundraland for your renovation.
