John did amazing work on our bathroom remodel project. In addition to doing a stellar job on the floor and shower tiling John also resized our window and installed glass block. We could not be happier with the results and are very much enjoying our new bathroom.

I’ve called to separate times to get a quote from this company and neither time have they showed up, and what’s funny is they live within a half mile of me, I guess they just don’t need the business!

John helped turn a small, awkward and barely usable room into one that’s so beautiful I’m still amazed every time I walk into it. Through all the surprises of a major remodel, he worked with us to make sure the final product was everything we wanted. It turned out better than I hoped given its initial state.

John just finished our bathroom, and it is gorgeous! I am extremely picky about anything in my home, and this was far beyond my expectations. John is easy to work with, listens, and has ideas that I would have never thought of. His prices are reasonable, and he throws in extra things like hanging my mirrors, etc. at no extra cost. What a deal! We have hired him to do two more bathrooms, a laundry room, and will most likely have him do a huge patio area and sidewalks this summer.

John was very responsive in getting back to us quickly on a quote. He was very professional, and accommodating in that he did things for us that other contractors did not want to do. He remodeled our main bathroom all the way down to the studs, and did an exceptional job. We would highly recommend him.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with anyone in 62 years. John Wilson made us feel anxious and nervous the majority of the time and we actually felt fearful at other times. We felt like he was aggressive and a bully. We’d get knots in our stomachs everyday when we knew he was about to arrive. Each day we couldn’t wait for him to leave and we’d feel relief when he left. The best day of the entire project was the last day he was here and we felt a huge sense of relief that he was finally gone for good. The experience was so bad that he sucked all of the joy, pride and sense of accomplishment from the project. When we started we were so looking forward to see how our design would look when it was done. Now the bathrooms and the kitchen we had remodeled just feel like other rooms in the house. The whole experience has been a huge disappointment and very depressing. We felt the experience with John’s Tiles was absolutely miserable and we wouldn’t recommend him to our worst enemy.

John remodeled our master bathroom. He did an amazing job! He is incredibly smart, efficient, and mindful of his customers needs. We have 3 indoor cats, and it makes it challenging having to make sure they don’t get out, or get under your feet while working on a project. He was very aware, and kind. Our bathroom turned out AMAZING, and I feel like I’m in a hotel spa every day ♥️ I would recommend his service 1,000 X’s over, and will be contacting him soon for another remodel on our guest bathroom. Honestly, he reminds me of Holmes, from the TV show. He even looks like him! Incredibly impressed, and look forward to working with him again. Thanks John for the hard work, and beautiful outcome ♥️
