I recently got a complete bathtub replacement through Metro. They gave a competitive estimate and one based on an actual look, which not all the quotes I got were. they were helpful when i visited the showrooms in explaining options, and did a great job with the actual work.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Larell Warnock, a highly professional, courteous, and pleasant estimator from Metropolitan Bath and Tile. Finding contractors willing to undertake partial bathroom remodels can be quite challenging, but Metropolitan Bath and Tile very wisely offers both full and partial remodeling services. Our project is a partial remodel, and Larell handled it with exceptional diligence and a detail-oriented approach. He paid close attention to every detail in the bathroom, meticulously taking measurements, noting the colors, and considering the style of the fixtures next to the sink. We discussed the specifics of the remodel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. With the materials on their way, I am eagerly looking forward to the start of the work and have high expectations for the final outcome!

Excellent experience with initial visit by estimator Mr. Warnock for measurements and design options for renovation of 2 bathrooms and powder room. Spent time to answer numerous questions and offered many useful suggestions. Designer spent several hours in show room consultation with us and was readily available throughout process. Skilled and professional crew; no subcontractors. Great communications throughout. Some delays in getting vanities slowed completion but not MBT’s fault. We opted to begin reno even tho everything was not in; if doing over, would probably wait until all in which would have expedited completion. All in all, very pleased with our new bathrooms..

Painting team was prompt. Arrived as scheduled. Wonderfully pleasant, cooperative, hardworking, and had the bath, stairwell and hallway, and two large rooms beautifully done in two long days of constant work. Very satisfied!

This is the second time I’ve worked with Metropolitan Bath and Tile. I needed remodeling done on the guest bathroom at my condominium. Having worked with Cloud Kennedy, a designer/estimator, before, I was pleased he was able to help again with the remodel. For what I wanted done, the estimate was a bit over my budget. Cloud was very helpful in suggesting possible alternatives that brought the price down within my estimated range. He is terrific when it comes to suggesting materials to complete the job! For this remodel, I had the distinct pleasure of working with William. He was punctual to a fault and got the job done in four days! I had my sub floor redone, tiled the floor and shower walls, and replaced the toilet and vanity. Every step along the way, William was a stickler for detail, making sure everything was done correctly the first time. The work he did tiling my shower walls was phenomenal! Alex, another outstanding worker, came out and did the finishing work for my bathroom. He was great at answering questions I had in general about dry wall repairs. Metropolitan Bath and Tile hires the best! Once again, Metropolitan Bath and Tile provided me with a “Ten” star experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing bathroom work done!
