I am posting this review because my experience after requesting specific details about the work to be performed has been frustrating, time consuming, exhausting, and a struggle. I cancelled my order a little over a week after signing the contract because I did not receive details I requested about the company’s Terms and Conditions. It has been approximately 3 weeks (no response) since my bank requested a response from them regarding my dispute. A major reason for my choice to contact them is that they have flyers at Costco I and trust the Costco Brand. I had the salesperson meet with me at my home and gave him a deposit (on my credit card) for updating my existing walk-in shower. The sales person and I discussed the details about the work to be completed in my home. I asked him to put what we discussed in writing. After a few weeks of not receiving details of the work we discussed I emailed the sales person that came to my home. I had questions about their “Terms and Conditions” as well as requesting a “work to be performed” in writing. My problem/complaint is the following  The Terms and Conditions document is vague and does not specify work that Will be completed but rather work that will NOT be competed.  I emailed my sales person for clarification, when he did not respond to my specific questions, I cancelled my order.  I am not confident that this Jacuzzi Bath will complete the work as discussed and promised.  When I cancelled, the sales person told me that there would be a $600.00+ cancellation fee. I was NOT informed about a cancellation fee.

We had our Master bath done and Daniel and his crew were the best they were very Respectfulof our house and stopped to answer any stupid questions that we had they done an Amazing job it looks like a MILLION BUCKS I will have them back to do the other bathrooms we have that need work also GREAT JOB

We connected with One Day Bath through Costco. Our Design Consultant was Tiffany Long. She was great to work with. John Clark and his crew did the installation They did a great job. They were on time, kept us up to date on their progress throughout the day and cleaned up very well before they left, and they did it all in one day. The faucet, shower head, shelf/grab bar and door were all high quality. Love the life time warranty. We are very pleased.

I was not on the property at time of install. Our shower lead installer was John. He was fantastic! He communicated well from the minute he arrived until he left. At final inspection the result was prettier than I had expected. John even went the extra mile by hanging the shower curtain because I had just had shoulder surgery and couldn’t use my arms. Thank you John and One Day Bath.

Levi, Rodger and Angel were very professional in their install and communicated well on expectations around install and went over the warranty and other items that needed to be covered. They finished in the time expected ans arrived at the time expected. Tony was very respectful as part of the sales team and gave time to consider options.
